WellFest 2026

May brought some exciting opportunities for us as co-founders of Rose Clinic Bray, Dr Aoife and Dr Ciara, as we took to the stage at WellFest in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.

With a shared passion for educating women and encouraging open conversations around women’s health, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with such a large and engaged audience.

Alongside our co-host Dr Louise Fitzgerald, we brought our podcast LadyBites to the WellFest stage for a live discussion covering a range of important women’s health topics, including endometriosis, PMS, PMDD and perimenopause.

One of the highlights for us was being able to answer questions from the audience and see so many people actively engaging in the conversation. Creating spaces where women feel informed, supported and comfortable discussing their health is something we are deeply passionate about, and events like WellFest are a wonderful opportunity to continue those conversations.

Dr Ciara also appeared on stage on Saturday at WellFest as part of a panel discussion for The Balance Project, discussing hormones and women’s wellbeing. It was inspiring to share the stage with other professionals in women’s health who all share the same goal of increasing awareness, education and support for women at every stage of life.

We are so grateful to everyone who came along to listen, ask questions and support the discussions throughout the weekend.
